Yoga By Ni = Yoga From Within
Hi, I’m Ni — founder of Yoga By Ni and a lifelong student of holistic healing. My mission is simple: to help you rest, restore, and reconnect through Nidra By Ni practices that nourish your mind, body, and soul. What I offer isn’t fitness — it’s freedom from burnout.
I was born in Bengaluru, India and raised in Los Angeles, which gave me a deep love for both ancient traditions and modern life. I spent over 15 years in corporate America, thriving on paper… but quietly running on empty. I know firsthand how exhaustion hides behind productivity.
I hit a wall — mentally, physically, spiritually. I realized I’d spent years checking off all the right boxes but ignoring my own well-being. So I stepped off the treadmill. I traveled, I studied, and I listened to what my nervous system had been trying to say for years: “Please rest.”
It took me home — not just to India, but inward. I trained in Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga, and Ayurveda from Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga. These practices taught me how to deeply rest and reset. I knew I had to bring that wisdom back — not just for myself, but for others who are tired of pretending to be “fine.”
This isn’t a workout. It’s a wake-up call — the gentle kind. I create luxurious, judgment-free spaces where you can finally exhale. No expectations. No poses to master. Just deep rest, guided by someone who’s walked through the same stress and found the way out.
Anyone who’s overstimulated, overworked, or overwhelmed. Whether you're a stressed-out exec, a caregiver, a senior, or simply a soul in need of stillness — this work is for you. No flexibility required. No experience necessary. Just a willingness to pause.
You’ll be guided into stillness — gently and professionally. You’ll slow down. You’ll reconnect. And you’ll leave feeling like yourself again, but lighter, clearer, and more grounded. The kind of peace that lingers long after our time together.
True healing starts when we stop rushing and start listening.
