Every day you’ll receive a 7-minute video with a simple but powerful practice to help you unlock the magic within your Journey Journal — and within yourself. Every Sunday, we will have a live discussion to connect with your community.
Across the week, you’ll move through seven different aspects of daily life — from movement and nutrition to mindset, music, and more — gently incorporating your senses and creating alignment in every layer of your being.
